• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages to users.
• Engaging in activities that violate the terms of service of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or any other third-party platforms.
• Misleading or deceptive practices.

We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes are contingent on a variety of factors, including the quality of your business, your messaging, and the level of engagement from your target audience.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for services are clearly outlined before commencing any work. By engaging with our services, you agree to pay the specified fees on time. Payments for our services are monthly and recurring, with the option to cancel at any time. Payments must be made through the payment methods listed on our website.

• Subscription Plans: Fees for ongoing services (e.g., Mass DM Campaigns or Cold Email Campaigns) are recurring and will be charged on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where our services fail to meet the terms set forth in our agreement, or unless specified in a separate agreement.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best service possible, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a particular number of leads, sales, or conversions. Results vary based on many factors, including the industry, target audience, and campaign effectiveness.
